In today’s increasingly complex urban traffic environment, the right-of-way conflict between pedestrians and vehicles remains a core safety challenge. Traditional crosswalks rely on passive reflectors or fixed lighting, incapable of responding to real-time dynamics. The Bertin TY-1000-JT02 Fully-Protected Projection Crosswalk is an innovative active safety warning device designed precisely to solve this problem. It is far more than a simple projection lamp—it is an intelligent roadside interactive terminal that integrates “visual perception, logical decision-making, and optical intervention.”

Dual-Core Perception: From “Being Seen” to “Understanding Traffic”

The core technological breakthrough of the TY-1000-JT02 lies in its dual-camera heterogeneous recognition system. Unlike ordinary surveillance cameras, these two lenses perform distinct roles, constructing a three-dimensional perception front-end:

Luminous flux dynamically adjusts between 26,000 and 58,000 lumens, preventing glare at night while remaining vivid during the day.

This allows synchronization with traffic light phases—reinforcing “hurry through” or “wait for next cycle” during the final seconds of a green light. More intelligently, when the vehicle-recognition camera detects a large truck failing to slow down due to blind spots, the system can prioritize projecting a “Watch Out” pattern onto the ground directly ahead of the truck’s front side, achieving targeted “vehicle-to-pedestrian” warnings, while simultaneously showing “Oncoming Traffic” on the pedestrian side.
